Formed in 1995, Koondrook-Barham commenced in the Northern and Echuca Football League (NEFL) the following year. In 1997 the NEFL merged with the Mid Murray Football League to form the Central Murray Football League, and the Raiders were among the new competition's eleven foundation members.
Koondrook-Barham has yet to claim a CMFL flag at any level. However, both Koondrook and Barham enjoyed a respectable degree of premiership success (the latter under its previous name of Border). The two clubs even confronted one another on a total of three occasions in grand finals, with the score 2-1 in Border's favour.
